Send a parcel across Delhi NCR
Book a courier in the Tocxi app from Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, Ghaziabad or Faridabad. Bike couriers take drops within 5 km of the pickup; the standard parcel service takes everything else. You see every courier's price and delivery time before you book.
How it works
Six steps in the app. Delivery is by courier partners on the ONDC network; Tocxi is the app you book and pay in.
Set pickup and drop
Pin both addresses on the map, then add the flat or house number and a landmark for each end. Saved addresses are kept for next time.
Choose a package type
Documents, small, medium or large package, fragile or food. Each type shows the weight it is meant for; you can type the exact weight under More options.
Compare couriers
The app asks courier partners on ONDC for your lane. Each option that comes back shows the courier, the price and the delivery time.
Add the recipient
Enter the recipient’s name and phone number. You can have a tracking link sent to them by SMS.
Book and pay
Confirm the courier you picked and pay online in the app through Razorpay checkout.
Track it
Every booking stays in My Parcels in the app with its latest status.
Two kinds of delivery
Which couriers you see depends on one thing: how far the drop is from the pickup, in a straight line.
Bike couriers: drops within 5 km
- Offered only when the drop is 5 km or less from the pickup, in a straight line.
- Appear in the app as the Express and Standard speeds, for delivery the same day.
- When none is available for your lane, the app falls back to standard delivery options.
Standard delivery: any distance
- The Economy speed in the app. It is the only option when the drop is more than 5 km away.
- Needs the drop pincode. The app reads it from your drop pin; check it is right.
- Quotes we have seen on NCR lanes are 1 to 2 days, even for short distances.
- Over 25 kg, only surface couriers quote: expect a higher fare and a 1 to 2 day delivery.
The 5 km rule, in practice
Measured as the crow flies between the two map pins, not by road. A trip that is 7 km by road can still be within 5 km in a straight line, and the rule ignores city and state lines.
Distances are approximate, between landmark centres. The app measures your exact pickup and drop pins and offers bike couriers only when the drop is 5 km or less away.
What you can send
Pick one of these package types when you book. The weight is a guide; you can enter the exact weight.
Do not send prohibited, dangerous or illegal items. Pack fragile things well and choose the Fragile type. Tocxi does not add its own insurance to courier bookings; the courier partner's terms apply.

Sending outside NCR
The standard parcel service is not limited by distance. Enter the full drop address with its pincode; if a courier partner serves that lane, it appears in the app with its price and delivery time. If none does, the app says so before you pay.

How fast will my parcel arrive?
If the drop is within 5 km of the pickup in a straight line, bike couriers can take it the same day. Beyond that, the standard parcel service delivers; the quotes we have seen on NCR lanes are 1 to 2 days. The app shows each courier's delivery time before you book.
Why do I only see standard delivery?
Bike couriers on ONDC only take drops within 5 km of the pickup, measured in a straight line. If your drop is further, only the standard parcel service can quote, and it needs the drop pincode. The app tells you when this is the reason.
Who delivers my parcel?
Courier partners on the ONDC network. Tocxi is the buyer app: you find, compare, book and pay for the delivery in Tocxi, and the courier you choose carries the parcel. The app shows the courier’s name on each option.
How do I pay?
You pay online in the Tocxi app when you book, through Razorpay checkout.
Can I cancel a parcel?
Yes, before the courier picks it up. You get a refund to your original payment method, minus any cancellation charge the courier applies. Once picked up, a parcel cannot be cancelled.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes. Every booking stays in My Parcels in the app with its latest status. When you book, you can also have a tracking link sent to the recipient by SMS.
Is my parcel insured?
Tocxi does not add its own insurance to courier bookings. The courier partner’s own terms apply.
