Sending a parcel in Delhi
Delhi is too big for one 5 km circle, so the question is always how far your drop is from your pickup. Around Connaught Place the circle covers a lot: Paharganj is about 1.5 km away, Chandni Chowk about 2.5 km and Karol Bagh about 3.5 km.
Cross the city and the answer changes. Connaught Place to Lajpat Nagar is about 7.5 km in a straight line and Karol Bagh to Rajouri Garden about 6.5 km, so those lanes get standard couriers only. For the south and the west of the city, see the South Delhi and Dwarka pages.

Central Delhi is dense: from Connaught Place, most of the old city, Paharganj, Karol Bagh, ITO and Khan Market are inside 5 km. Lajpat Nagar, Rajouri Garden and anything further are not.

- Delhi pincodes start with 110. Check the drop pin shows the right one so standard couriers can quote.
- In the old city lanes a map pin is rarely enough. Add the shop or house number, the gali and a landmark in the address details.
- Measure from your pickup, not from Connaught Place: the 5 km circle moves with you.
Which courier you get
The same two kinds of delivery apply everywhere in NCR.
Bike couriers: drops within 5 km
- Offered only when the drop is 5 km or less from the pickup, in a straight line.
- Appear in the app as the Express and Standard speeds, for delivery the same day.
- When none is available for your lane, the app falls back to standard delivery options.
Standard delivery: any distance
- The Economy speed in the app. It is the only option when the drop is more than 5 km away.
- Needs the drop pincode. The app reads it from your drop pin; check it is right.
- Quotes we have seen on NCR lanes are 1 to 2 days, even for short distances.
- Over 25 kg, only surface couriers quote: expect a higher fare and a 1 to 2 day delivery.

Yes, if a bike courier is available: the two are about 4 km apart in a straight line, inside the 5 km limit. The app shows the options for your exact addresses.
Why does a lane that is 7 km by road still get bike couriers?
The 5 km limit is measured in a straight line between the pickup and drop pins, not by road. A winding route through the old city can be longer than the straight-line distance.
How much does it cost to send a parcel?
Each courier partner sets its own price for your lane, package and speed. The Tocxi app lists every option with its price before you book. This page does not show prices.
How fast will my parcel arrive?
If the drop is within 5 km of the pickup in a straight line, bike couriers can take it the same day. Beyond that, the standard parcel service delivers; the quotes we have seen on NCR lanes are 1 to 2 days. The app shows each courier's delivery time before you book.
Why do I only see standard delivery?
Bike couriers on ONDC only take drops within 5 km of the pickup, measured in a straight line. If your drop is further, only the standard parcel service can quote, and it needs the drop pincode. The app tells you when this is the reason.
Who delivers my parcel?
Courier partners on the ONDC network. Tocxi is the buyer app: you find, compare, book and pay for the delivery in Tocxi, and the courier you choose carries the parcel. The app shows the courier’s name on each option.
How do I pay?
You pay online in the Tocxi app when you book, through Razorpay checkout.
Can I cancel a parcel?
Yes, before the courier picks it up. You get a refund to your original payment method, minus any cancellation charge the courier applies. Once picked up, a parcel cannot be cancelled.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes. Every booking stays in My Parcels in the app with its latest status. When you book, you can also have a tracking link sent to the recipient by SMS.
Is my parcel insured?
Tocxi does not add its own insurance to courier bookings. The courier partner’s own terms apply.
