Parcel delivery in Greater Noida
Pari Chowk, Knowledge Park, the Greek-letter sectors and Greater Noida West. The Tocxi app shows which courier partners on ONDC serve your lane, with each price and delivery time, before you book.
Sending a parcel in Greater Noida
Greater Noida is really two places for a courier. The planned city around Pari Chowk (Alpha, Beta, Gamma, Delta and the Knowledge Parks) is compact: Pari Chowk to Alpha 1 is about 1 km, and to Knowledge Park II about 2 km.
Greater Noida West, also called Noida Extension (Gaur City, Ek Murti, Bisrakh), is a separate cluster about 18 km from Pari Chowk in a straight line. Parcels between the two halves always go by standard delivery. Inside Greater Noida West, Gaur City to Ek Murti is about 1.5 km, a bike-courier lane.
Pickups and drops in
Not a complete list: any address you can pin on the map works. Which couriers answer depends on the lane.
The 5 km rule in Greater Noida
Think of two separate 5 km circles: one around Pari Chowk, one around Gaur City. Inside either, bike couriers can quote. Between them, or from Noida city into Greater Noida West, expect standard delivery.
4 of these 6 lanes are within 5 km, such as Pari Chowk to Alpha 1. Distances are straight-line estimates between landmark centres; the app measures your exact pins.

Tips for Greater Noida addresses
- Greater Noida pincodes start with 2013, like Noida. Make sure the drop pin shows the right one so standard couriers can quote.
- Greater Noida West addresses are often society names. Add the tower, flat number and society gate in the address details.
- The Yamuna Expressway side is far from both clusters. Lanes there are standard-delivery lanes from almost anywhere.
Which courier you get
The same two kinds of delivery apply everywhere in NCR.
Bike couriers: drops within 5 km
- Offered only when the drop is 5 km or less from the pickup, in a straight line.
- Appear in the app as the Express and Standard speeds, for delivery the same day.
- When none is available for your lane, the app falls back to standard delivery options.
Standard delivery: any distance
- The Economy speed in the app. It is the only option when the drop is more than 5 km away.
- Needs the drop pincode. The app reads it from your drop pin; check it is right.
- Quotes we have seen on NCR lanes are 1 to 2 days, even for short distances.
- Over 25 kg, only surface couriers quote: expect a higher fare and a 1 to 2 day delivery.
Courier partners on the ONDC network carry the parcel; Tocxi is the app you book and pay in. Prices and delivery times are set by each courier and shown before you book.
Parcel delivery in Greater Noida: questions
Lanes, speed, payment and cancellation. Anything else, write to us.
Write to support@tocxi.comCan I get same-day bike delivery from Greater Noida West to Pari Chowk?
No. They are about 18 km apart in a straight line, well beyond the 5 km bike-courier limit. The app offers standard delivery for that lane.
Is Noida Extension covered?
Yes. Noida Extension is Greater Noida West: Gaur City, Ek Murti, Bisrakh and the societies around them. Pickups and drops there work like anywhere else, with bike couriers for drops within 5 km.
How much does it cost to send a parcel?
Each courier partner sets its own price for your lane, package and speed. The Tocxi app lists every option with its price before you book. This page does not show prices.
How fast will my parcel arrive?
If the drop is within 5 km of the pickup in a straight line, bike couriers can take it the same day. Beyond that, the standard parcel service delivers; the quotes we have seen on NCR lanes are 1 to 2 days. The app shows each courier's delivery time before you book.
Why do I only see standard delivery?
Bike couriers on ONDC only take drops within 5 km of the pickup, measured in a straight line. If your drop is further, only the standard parcel service can quote, and it needs the drop pincode. The app tells you when this is the reason.
Who delivers my parcel?
Courier partners on the ONDC network. Tocxi is the buyer app: you find, compare, book and pay for the delivery in Tocxi, and the courier you choose carries the parcel. The app shows the courier’s name on each option.
How do I pay?
You pay online in the Tocxi app when you book, through Razorpay checkout.
Can I cancel a parcel?
Yes, before the courier picks it up. You get a refund to your original payment method, minus any cancellation charge the courier applies. Once picked up, a parcel cannot be cancelled.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes. Every booking stays in My Parcels in the app with its latest status. When you book, you can also have a tracking link sent to the recipient by SMS.
Is my parcel insured?
Tocxi does not add its own insurance to courier bookings. The courier partner’s own terms apply.
