Sending a parcel in Gurgaon
Most of Gurgaon’s offices sit in a tight strip: Cyber City, Udyog Vihar and MG Road are within about 2 km of each other, and Sector 29 is about 4 km from Cyber City. Parcels inside that strip are bike-courier lanes.
The city then stretches south and west. Sohna Road is about 10 km from Cyber City in a straight line and Manesar about 21 km, so parcels from the office strip to those areas go by standard delivery.

- Gurgaon pincodes start with 122. Check the drop pin shows the right pincode so standard couriers can quote.
- Office towers have several entrances. Add the tower, floor and company name in the address details.
- Over 25 kg, only surface couriers quote. For heavy boxes to Manesar, expect a higher fare and a 1 to 2 day delivery.

- Needs the drop pincode. The app reads it from your drop pin; check it is right.
- Quotes we have seen on NCR lanes are 1 to 2 days, even for short distances.
- Over 25 kg, only surface couriers quote: expect a higher fare and a 1 to 2 day delivery.

Yes, by standard delivery for most lanes: central Delhi is far beyond 5 km of Cyber City. If your drop happens to be within 5 km of your pickup, bike couriers can quote it too. The app shows what is available.
Is it Gurgaon or Gurugram?
Both names mean the same city. The app uses your map pin and pincode, so either name works when you search for an address.
How much does it cost to send a parcel?
Each courier partner sets its own price for your lane, package and speed. The Tocxi app lists every option with its price before you book. This page does not show prices.
How fast will my parcel arrive?
If the drop is within 5 km of the pickup in a straight line, bike couriers can take it the same day. Beyond that, the standard parcel service delivers; the quotes we have seen on NCR lanes are 1 to 2 days. The app shows each courier's delivery time before you book.
Why do I only see standard delivery?
Bike couriers on ONDC only take drops within 5 km of the pickup, measured in a straight line. If your drop is further, only the standard parcel service can quote, and it needs the drop pincode. The app tells you when this is the reason.
Who delivers my parcel?
Courier partners on the ONDC network. Tocxi is the buyer app: you find, compare, book and pay for the delivery in Tocxi, and the courier you choose carries the parcel. The app shows the courier’s name on each option.
How do I pay?
You pay online in the Tocxi app when you book, through Razorpay checkout.
Can I cancel a parcel?
Yes, before the courier picks it up. You get a refund to your original payment method, minus any cancellation charge the courier applies. Once picked up, a parcel cannot be cancelled.
Can I track my parcel?
Yes. Every booking stays in My Parcels in the app with its latest status. When you book, you can also have a tracking link sent to the recipient by SMS.
Is my parcel insured?
Tocxi does not add its own insurance to courier bookings. The courier partner’s own terms apply.
