Reach Bekaltal, a stunning alpine lake surrounded by dense oak and rhododendron forests. During winter, the lake often freezes completely, creating a beautiful snow-covered landscape. Reach the beautiful Brahmatal Lake, situated at approximately 10,190 ft. Brahmatal holds spiritual significance and is believed to be the place where Lord Brahma meditated. IMPORTANT INFORMATION & TREK GUIDELINESParticipants should have a reasonable level of physical fitness for high-altitude trekking. The trek involves walking through snow-covered trails, forest paths and steep mountain sections. Weather and snow conditions may affect the actual trekking route and campsite arrangements. Participants must follow the instructions of the trek leader throughout the expedition. Mobile network connectivity becomes unreliable beyond Lohajung. ATMs are not available in Lohajung or further along the trekking route. Withdraw sufficient cash in Rishikesh or Karnaprayag. Carry appropriate winter clothing, waterproof trekking shoes, gloves, thermals and personal essentials. The trekking team may modify the itinerary in the interest of participant safety. Onward travel from Rishikesh should be booked with sufficient buffer time, as mountain road conditions may cause delays.
