The Cyberabad Gujarati Association (CGA) is hosting the 14th edition of traditional Gujarati Dandiya Ramzat 2026 to celebrate the sacred religious Navratri festival of Ambe Mataji in the Cyberabad region. Designed to cultivate and celebrate traditional Gujarati culture, this annual celebration offers dual venue options - indoor area (a fully air-conditioned) and an outdoor (Open air natural) an -along with exciting prizes and family-friendly traditional Garba and Dandiya. This program is organized with an aim of gathering of community to people celebrate Cultural Navratri with deeply religious and devotional way. Garba/Dandiya will be allowed in traditional way to cultivate an understanding and appreciation of our traditional Gujarati culture. Key HighlightsComplimentary Food: Each Adult/Child Passes covers entry for one person along with a Complimentary Limited Meal, available till 10.00 pm. Flexible Donor Pass Options: Please select your donor Passes for 3 days or Single-Day across for Indoor or Outdoor categories. Get your donor pass online in advance. Pass Exchange System: Present your online donor pass ID (received via email/SMS) at the venue counter to collect your physical entry pass. Common Temple Access, Meals & Menu: Daily Aarti & Puja are open to all pass holders (Indoor & Outdoor). Every valid Adult/Child passes includes entry plus a complimentary limited meal with the same menu options are served to all attendees: Regular Pure Veg, Jain/Swaminarayan, or Fasting (Farali). General Guidelines & RulesAfter purchasing your donar passes online, you will receive an email SMS with booking ID. You MUST bring this receipt at the venue to get the actual entry pass in exchange at the venue. Pass fees include entry fee for one person with complimentary food as per the your donor passes. Non-Refundable Policy:Once your donor pass confirmed/booked, they are non-refundable and non transferrableand shall not allowed to change the schedule of your participation. Code of Conduct: Attendees must maintain proper decorum. CGA reserves the right to revoke passes or remove individuals for misbehavior or for being under the influence of alcohol or drugs as this is a purely religious and traditional program. Child Policy: Children are permitted only when accompanied by an adult. Passes manipulation is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action. Prohibited Items: Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the premises. Liability Disclaimer: Attendees participate at their own risk. CGA and its representatives are not liable for personal injury, accidents, or loss/theft of personal belongings. Cooperation from allthe participants is requested to ensure safety at the program and avoid any potential incidents. Organizer Rights: CGA reserves the right to modify rules or terminate program elements without prior notice or liability. Outdoor Venue Rules & GuidelinesEvent Timings: 7:00 PM to 10:30 PM (strictly compliant with government permissions). No Access to Indoor Area: Outdoor pass holders are strictly restricted to the outdoor arena and will not be permitted entry into the indoor event under any circumstances. Weather & Force Majeure Risks: The outdoor arena is made available subject to open-air risks. In the event of rain, adverse weather, or unforeseen natural reasons interrupting or cancelling the event, your donor passes remain strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Indoor Venue Rules & GuidelinesProgram Timings: 7:00 PM to 11:00 PM (strictly compliant with government permissions). Venue Access: Entry is strictly restricted to valid Indoor Venue pass holders. Outdoor pass holders will not be permitted access to the indoor area under any circumstances. Climate-Controlled Environment: The indoor playing area is fully air-conditioned for a seamless Garba experience regardless of outside weather conditions. Capacity Control: Indoor pass holders must remain within designated indoor boundaries to ensure comfort, safety, and operational capacity standards.
