About

Mizoram rarely makes it onto most travellers' bucket lists.

Not because it lacks beauty or experiences worth travelling for, but because very little is written or spoken about it. For many people, it's a place they know almost nothing about.

And perhaps that's what makes arriving here so special.

There are no grand expectations to live up to. No famous landmarks you've already seen a hundred times on social media or in a travel brochure. Instead, there is a very specific kind of joy in discovering a place for yourself.

Over the course of this journey, you'll travel through corners that seem to unfold endlessly beyond your window. You'll spend time in Mizo villages, share meals with local families, learn about traditions, and experience local life firsthand.

You'll immerse yourself in a side of India that feels remarkably different from what most travellers are familiar with.

Every destination on this itinerary offers something memorable and different. Aizawl, a city perched on the hills; the vast paddy fields of Champhai; the weaving traditions of Thenzawl; the historical significance of Vangchhia; and the local life and warmth of East Lungdar.

We haven't designed this journey around ticking off attractions.

Everything is intentional, allowing you to understand a place through its people, culture, food, landscapes, and everyday rhythms.

Seven days won't show you all of Mizoram. No journey can. But it might just be enough to leave you curious for more.

And sometimes, that's the best reason to travel.

Mizoram is ready to welcome those willing to take a chance on it. We hope you'll be one of them.
