1. The Bonedi Barir Pujo Parikrama 2026 is conducted on a pre-booking basis. Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to seat availability.

2. The food menu is subject to the availability of seasonal ingredients and supplies. Trek Break & More reserves the right to substitute or modify any dish without prior notice while maintaining the overall dining experience.

3. Certain dishes may contain or come into contact with common allergens including nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, mustard, eggs, shellfish, and seafood. Guests with food allergies are requested to inform the organizers at the time of booking.

4. As it is a Day Trip, please carry your essentials, like an umbrella, sunglasses, and a water bottle.

5. Seating inside the vehicle is on a free-seating basis unless otherwise announced by the organizer. Seat preferences cannot be guaranteed.

6. Children below 3 years of age may accompany their parents or guardians free of charge, provided they do not occupy a separate seat or require separate meal arrangements.

7. Guests must report at the designated boarding point at least 15 minutes before departure. The vehicle will depart on schedule.

Organizer`s Terms & Conditions:

1. Please carry a valid ID proof along with you.

2. No refunds on purchased tickets are possible, even in case of any rescheduling.

3. Force Majeure- Routes can be shortened, even changed or cancelled due to weather, time, and road conditions. This depends on the organizer`s policy. It may change without any prior notice.

4. Security procedures, including frisking, remain the right of the management.

5. No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects, including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, laser devices, bottles, or musical instruments, will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue.

6. The organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event.

7. People in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry.

8. Organizers hold the right to deny late entry to the event. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the event.

9. Heritage Property rules apply.

10. Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded

11. An Internet handling fee per ticket may be levied. Please check the total amount before payment.

12. We recommend that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the venue for a seamless entry

13. Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation

14. Rights of admission reserved.

16. Photographs and videos captured during the event may be used by Trek Break & More for promotional, marketing and social media purposes. Guests who do not wish to appear in promotional material must inform the organizer before the commencement of the tour.

17. Guests are requested to maintain the sanctity of all heritage properties, religious rituals and family traditions. Any misconduct or damage to property may result in removal from the tour without refund.

18. Trek Break & More shall not be responsible for the loss, theft or damage of any personal belongings during the tour.

19. Guests are responsible for ensuring that they are medically fit to participate in the tour. Any medical condition requiring special attention should be disclosed to the organizers before the event.

20. The list and sequence of heritage houses may change depending on police regulations, crowd management, permissions from the respective families, weather conditions, or any circumstances beyond the organizer`s control.

21. Entry to individual Bonedi houses is subject to the permission and regulations of the respective families. Trek Break & More shall not be liable for restricted access, temporary closures, or changes imposed by the property owners or local authorities.
